General Information and Policies

PET POLICY:

We have a few pet friendly rooms. We accept pets 35 lbs and smaller. There is a pet fee of $5-$10 per night depending on the size and type of pet. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing your pet so we can place you in a pet-friendly room.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Reservations are accepted with Visa, Discover or MasterCard, as guaranteed. As we are family owned and operated, this is not a 24-hour property.  Most evenings, we close the lobby around 10:00-11:00 pm.  Weekends in the summer we stay open until midnight.  We are sorry, but we are unable to accept checkins after midnight.

**CANCELLATION POLICY**

ALL cancellations & early check outs  may incur a 10% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made after 2:00 pm the day prior to scheduled arrival will incur a cancellation fee of one-night's stay.

**We recommend you receive a confirmation e-mail that specifically outlines our cancellation policy.  Policies subject to change.

Longer stays or large groups of rooms may require 48-hours to one week's notice of cancellation.
